Designed especially for the ladies, Girls Night Out features extended shopping hours, discounts and specials at Downtown Bel Air's boutiques and restaurants. Come rain or shine – the fun is all inside! Look for the red, heart-shaped balloons outside all participating restaurants and shops.

Office Street by the Courthouse

Free, block party style outdoor celebration with live music, held from 5 – 8 p.m. on the first Friday of each month, May to October. Beer/wine garden and refreshments available. Special promotions in downtown shops and restaurants.

Outdoor Family Movies

Shamrock Park

Free! Enjoy pre-movie entertainment and fun, family movies on the big screen under the stars. Face painting and refreshments available. Bring your own blanket or lawn chair. Held on selected Friday evenings during summer.

Maryland BBQ Bash

Corner of Thomas St. and S. Bond St.

Held the second Friday and Saturday in August, this two-day event features barbecue of every kind, plus cooking competitions, live bands, beer gardens, vendors and kids’ activities.

Holiday Tree Lighting

Main Street, outside the Bel Air Armory
